There seem to be many Newgrounds members who are Weird Al fans...Anyway, I don't really care about the music selection, but how did this entry get to #1? It seems that there are many new entries that skyrocket into the top 50, and then quickly get voted off, but this didn't deserve first place (or even top 50) initially. What's so special about this entry? The visuals are mediocre, the sequence of events is just a verbatim visual representation of the lyrics, and nothing was novel. Do people seriously believe that this person created a flash that is better (quality and creativity-wise), than the rest of the top 50 entries?
Wow, so this entry stars his wife and himself...great. Who cares? It's not like it was groundbreaking. Is that the secret to getting a good score (personally relevant, but cliche and emotionally shallow)? I'm not saying that this was a bad flash at all. I've never made a flash, nor do I think I could make one as high quality as this one, but this entry did not deserve its current standing.

I also wish those people with PMS would stop complaining!!! Those stupid hormones and their emotional rollercoasters should be controlled. I don't want to take their moody BS!!!!!!!

Do you know what you're talking about. Your character doesn't suffer from any anxiety disorders/social phobias. His underlying motivations for acting thus seems somewhat indicative of a social phobia, but his manisfestation of his understanding of others and himself is that of a misanthrope. This guy doesn't suffer from panic attacks. This guy's life isn't drastically negatively affected (as is evident from your "Suppressed Emotions 1"). He understands what he believes his problem is, but he wholly and rationally accepts it and almost embraces it. This is ridiculous. In your first "Suppressed Emotions," you rationalize your reserve in social settings by stating how art is your life, and you don't see anything wrong with your choices (There's nothing wrong with that, but why do you even place yourself in those settings if you know all your friends are there to get laid, and that you know they are going to bug you for not doing the same?). And now, all of a sudden, you believe you have an anxiety disorder? This guy feels like he is better than the world. All he's doing is whining about his life (like the ending to this flash noted). In true cases, people with these disorders often have panic attacks. The fact that they know they can have a panic attack in public and that they know their condition is irrational further worsens their predicament.
I just get frustrated by people who misuse any term without really understanding what it means. You're like the people who send their kids to psychiatrists because the kid is loud and rambunctious and insists that he/she suffers from ADHD (of course, part of this is the psychiatrist's fault because he/she does receive compensation for prescribing a drug, which is such a simple task for money), when in fact, you are an inept parent who needs an excuse to divert blame.
Flash was nicely done though.
Author's Response:
Nah,it's not that easy. First: this character isn't 100% of me, he just represents shades of my personality. And that's the whole point. Believe me, I DO know, what I'm talking about, since I've experienced these feelings often enough, but it's not my intention to create a complex psychological profile of myself with this series. There is no direct connection between the various episodes as such, I merely use the character as a means of transporting my message.

"I think I get the most arousal out of this."
"They did not know I had AIDS." Genius. I love the way Jerry's arms flail about and Merick's character design. My favorite work, though, is A dog named Ben.

753 kills motherfucker!! Holy shit, I need a life...it'd be nice to have a bomb or something that could blow up everything on the screen every once in a while.
Author's Response:
I tried to add a mega bomb but the game became to easy ;) besides the birds move so fast that even if you blew them all up there would be like 5 sec. before everything returned to previous state :) glad you liked it though :D

The Black and White Roof Tiling flashes were my favorite entries of yours, but this one is now definitely on par with those. This is amazing. The sound is possibly the best work I've ever heard on Newgrounds, as in the voices, the intonation, the music, the pacing, the script...amazing. The images, as usual, are simple with a morbid twist (completely appropriate for this flash), but I think the sound really helps put this work together.

So when has Halloween (or any other festive occasion) not been a ridciulously commercialized event? This entry was nothing new at all. By the way, where do you live? I ask this because costumes are expensive. I still see many kids wearing home-made costumes on Halloween, and that's not because they are creative.
Oh yea, and when you complain about why the movie industry does not make horror and Halloween-themed movies during the Halloween season, aren't you being hypocritical? That means you want Halloween to be an even more commercialized event with the movie industries taking advantage of the Halloween season.

I was so relieved that this didn't turn out to be one of those stupid cliche plots where a hot girl kills some guy (who probably deserves to die anyway) and then goes off to kill someone else. That plot is much too simple and trite, so good job on that...the shotgun sort of appeared out of nowhere, but it was still fun to watch.

This is such a hilarious flash. Everytime I see a dog, I always imagine its bark to sound like the way you portray it. And the goth chick thing is so fucking funny.
